Green-preneurship:CEBA Activity
Working on the philosophical understanding that human well-being is dependent on environmental health, Wildlands has adopted a CEBA (Community Ecosystems Based Adaptation) model as philosophical construct and organising principle for where we work and what we do. We in the process of mainstreaming it into the green economy as an adaptation tool that promotes social inclusiveness and sustainable development.
Through this process we nurture ‘Green-preneurs’ who collect recycling, grow trees and vegetables, and then barter what they have grown and collected for food, clothes, education support, building material, water tanks, solar water heaters, solar powered lighting and bicycles.
