Bonitas Radox iMfolozi MTB Challenge

2012-07-28 - 2012-07-28

This Mountain Bike Challenge takes place in Imfolozi, one of Zululand’s Big 5 Nature Reserves. The route of this 55km, one day event follows the Imfolozi management jeep tracks along the periphery of the Wilderness Areas, with stunning views throughout the ride. This event is limited to 300 entries.

This MTB Challenge offers you the opportunity of seeing wild animals in their natural habitat, not from your vehicle but rather from the comfort of your bicycle seat!Imfolozi was proclaimed as a Game Reserve in 1895 and is one of the oldest protected areas in Africa.

By being a participant and supporting this event, you will be actively contributing to conserving South Africa’s most endangered carnivore, the African Wild Dog. Funds raised will help protect South Africa’s second largest population of Wild Dogs found in and around the reserve you will have the privilege of riding in.

Imfolozi MTB Challenge forms part of the Bonitas Wild Series. For information on any Bonitas Wild Series events please contact the 'Wild Child' Heidi Mocke on 033 343 6380 or e-mail heidim@wildlands co.za or you can visit our website at www.imfolozimtb.co.za
